Spaghettata Deliziosa, a delight!
Spaghettata is a piquant Calabrian mixture of the finest vegetables and spices - garlic, eggplant, carrots, chillies, leek, basil, chives, oregano, salt, parsley and wild fennel. Directly from Calabria!
Ideal for all kinds of pasta, soups, meat and fish. Simply allow a few tablespoons of it to swell in a little water, fry briefly in hot oil and mix with tomato sauce as desired. To prepare Spaghetti "Deliziosa", fry it in hot olive oil and pour it directly over the pasta.
Simple delicious and especially great when it has to be quick!
