Nduja di Nero di Calabria from Sarubbi is the dark version of the popular, fiery 'Nduja. The ingredients are pork fat and pork meat, a red Calabrian chilli pepper and some salt. All ingredients of the 'Nduja di Nero di Calabrese are of first-class quality.
