The world's former hottest chili in the world: Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Our friends from the Chili Pepper Institute in New Mexico have recently crossed the 2 million Scoville frontier with this new breed of the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion. CaJohn has made some sauces out of it. We met Cajohn and his wife Sue and team in Albuquerque / NM in the spring of 2012 at the National Fiery Food Show. After we were 'bitten' and heated by the Black Mamba, the Scorpion and his spearheads at his Execution Station, we said that this outrageous heat is really something for Chiliheads. Cajohn himself says, these are probably the hottest products he has ever made ... Björn & Peer after 'surviving' the 'execution' of the Cajohns Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Hot Sauce said that this is a hot sauce as there is no other today on the market. Even though this cannot be believed at first. A gentle entry, fruity-fresh, slightly lemony and in the main part not as vinegary as other hot sauces. But if you give yourself a little time, the heat level slowly but steadily increases, ... and then will remain at the highest level :) This is pure Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pleasure! Made in the USA
