
Recipe: Pizza snails (for 4)
Pizza snails are quickly made and shorten the waiting time until the barbecue is ready!
Ingredients
- 2 packs of pizzadough
- 250g diced bacon
- 4-6 tablespoons of Barrel 51 Smokin' Chipotle Ketchup (order here)
- 200g gratted cheese
- 2 teaspoons Ankerkraut Oregano, shredded (order here)
- 2 teaspoons Ankerkraut Basil, shredded (order here)
- 2 onions


Preparation
- Unpack the pizza dough and roll it out.
- Fry the chopped onions together with the diced ham.
- Spread the ketchup on the dough and spread the fried diced ham and onion on top. Spread the oregano and basil and sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
- Then roll up the pizza dough and cut off approx. 1 - 2 cm wide slices and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper (makes 16 -20 snails).
- Bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
