The Trinidad Scorpion gives the chilli just the right aromatic pungency that its needs for heating.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of beed from the high-rib
- 250 g Rminced beef
- 1 can Kidney Beans (400g)
- 1 can Chillibeans(400 g)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 Pack of passed tomatoes (500 g)
- 1 kl. can of korn ( 150 g)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 onions
- 200 ml broth
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 1-2 Trinidad Scorpion red
Instructions:
1. Dice the meat small, fry in a large pot and remove
2. Chop the onions and garlic, and fry in the pot in high heat.
3. Add minced meat and keep stirring. When the minced is brown with 200 ml of meat broth deglaze.
4. Add chilli beans, kidney beans, diced peppers, chopped tomatoes and corn. Do not drain the cans beforehand, but add everything with liquid.
5. Simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.
6. At the end with the spices and the fresh chopped chillies, season to taste hot.
