Pickled chillies in olive oil - perfect for real spicy eaters

Diavoletti Sott' Olio from Sarubbi are small, round chillies pickled in extra virgin olive oil. Other ingredients are only vinegar and some salt. In terms of taste, the pickled devils can be described as spicy and hot. These flavours are versatile in the kitchen and can be used whenever the food needs to be spiced up. However, the spiciness of round chillies is at the top of our spiciness scale, so you should be careful about the dosage and handling of Diavoletti Sott' Olio. 

Thanks to the selected ingredients, the excellent fiery taste and the traditional Calabrian production method, Diavoletti Sott' Olio can be considered without doubt a delicacy. The packaging of the small, round devils is correspondingly noble. 

The pickled chillies are delivered in a jar, which is wrapped in a banderole and a paper hood. Under the hood there is also a guarantee seal, which remains intact until the first opening. The jar contains a total of 180 g of the small, round chillies from southern Italy. 

By the way: Diavoletti Sott' Olio from Sarubbi is free of colorants and preservatives. The product from the Italian region of Calabria does not contain any flavour enhancers either. These chillies are definitely recommended for spicy eaters.
