The red approx. 4-7 cm long pods are a Caribbean Cayenne version- very aromatic with a natural light earthy smoky note. This is why they are perfect as replacement for Chile de Arbol (but hotter) and are used for sauces, salsas, soups, bean dishes and stews. They are naturally very good for Mexican, Italian or Asian dishes. They can also be used in the Indian cuisine as a replacement for the very hard to come by Kashmir chilis/. Content: 20 g
