The flesh of these chilis is thin, they are a little hot and they get 3 to 5 cm long.. The cream-white blossom gets 5mm big.
After the drying process the Chiluacle Negro has an extraordinary tasty "Smoky taste". This is the chili that makes sauces from Oaxaca unique.
