Hotter than Hot!
Marie Sharp's is the classic among the Caribbean sauces, from the foot of the Mayan mountains in Belize - possibly the first to combine Caribbean red Habaneros (Caribbean Red) with fresh carrots that give the sauce substance. It also contains onions, lemon juice and garlic. Similar to Melinda's, but less salt. An absolute must for hot-sauce-fans, who should taste the best both sauces.
