West of Texas Smoky® BBQ Sauce is a typical American "Longhorn Style" barbecue sauce as you like it (not only) in Texas. This particularly savoury recipe was specially made for Pepperworld. Subtly sweet, spicy, smoky and with a good amount of garlic - all perfectly balanced. Chipotle chillies and hickory provide the smoky note and the habaneros bring the right amount of hotness. The BBQ sauce has been designed to stick well to barbecue ribs and chicken from the grill. It also serves as the right basis for hearty and spicy cowboy beans: Simply simmer the canned beans in the BBQ sauce - delicious!
