The Aji Dulce Amarillo is a very unusual Capsicum chinense variety with almost no pungency but with the fine, distinct typical Habanero aroma.

The plants are very productive and reach a height of 1 meter. Particularly noticeable are the strong growth and the comparatively large leaves of this variety, they look similar to tobacco leaves.

The round, wrinkled fruits are about 5 cm long, have a diameter of about 3 cm and ripen from green to orange/yellow. 

They have a flowery-fruity-sweet aroma and are suitable for fresh consumption, for filling, in salads, for candying or for making a delicious yellow chili jam, whose smell is a little reminiscent of apricots.
