Diavoletti Ripieni
Diabolically good and extremely sharp
Diavoletti Ripieni means "stuffed little devils" in German. This name is definitely very apt for the stuffed peperoncini from Sarubbi.
The hot chillies are filled with a tasty anchovy paste, which consists of fish and other ingredients.
All the ingredients of Diavoletti Ripieni are of excellent quality, at the same time neither flavour enhancers nor colourings are used. This fact, combined with the unique taste and the traditional production in southern Italy, make the stuffed devils a real delicacy. The final touch is the packaging. The stuffed chillies are delivered in a glass, which is wrapped with a banderole and a cap. Under the paper hood is the Sarubbi guarantee seal, which remains intact until the glass is opened for the first time. The jar itself contains 190 g, which corresponds to several chillies. The peperoncini are preserved in olive oil, which not only preserves them but also adds flavour.
Apropos taste: To round off the taste, herbs and salt are added. The secret of taste lies in the successful combination. However, the Diavoletti Ripieni from the house of Sarubbi can without doubt be described as fiery.
