Crazy Bastard Jalapeno & Date is the second sauce creation from the Berlin manufactory for hot sauces.

Jonathan O Reilly the producer of this fine jewel of a sauce is a true Irish man and has a lot of hot ideas. This somewhat mild, beautifully thick and chunky Jalapeno sauce tastes really fresh due to the lime content. The sun ripened dates and red onions bring a nice sweetness to the hot sauce. Hungarian Wax, Cayenne and Poblano Chilis together with the green Jalapeno bring a typical light herby aroma to the sauce.
