The parsley root is a strong, white root, which forms a green above the earth, which resembles the smooth parsley. The taste of parsley root is similar to that of parsnip and celeriac, but is more intense. The best way to use the parsley root is in vegetable stews and soups. Creamy soups from the tasty root are also delicious.
