NEW - The rare Aji Melocoton is a Baccatum variety and native to Peru. The plant grows very large and produces abundant fruit that ripens from light green to yellowish-orange. The name "Melocoton" comes from Spanish, translated into English it means peach.
Due to its incredibly fruity taste, it is suitable for making sauces or for producing an aromatic yellow chilli powder with medium hotness.
