Application / Preparation
The pumpkin ketchup is ideal with fried or roasted vegetables, with chips and curry sausage, with pasta and rice dishes, with fish, meat and barbecue dishes, in sauces and dips.
Hot tip: Use pumpkin ketchup simply to marinate or to finish grilled dishes (i.e. caramelise), as it also gives off a great colour.
The ketchup is:

This pumpkin ketchup is the result of an innovative project with organic farmers, in which non-trade-compliant pumpkins are further processed. For this purpose high-quality vegetables are used, which do not have the optimal look and are not only used but also upgraded by Georg Thalhammer.
