The extra class olive oil from sweet and fruity Mediterranean 100% Arbequina olives and aromatic thyme are pressed together in the company's own mill in cold extraction at Azada. The result is an incredible taste and all the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants contained in the thyme and olives are retained. The result is a pure, flavoured olive oil free of any flavourings or additives.

Use:

Origin:

At Azada, Arbequina olives are grown in Catalonia (the northern region of Spain) according to organic farming methods. There, the olives get a lot of sun for months until they are ripe. In November each year the local farmers harvest the olives by hand and bring them to the company's own mill where they are pressed.
