Consists of pearly white garlic, aromatic thyme and intense rosemary 

All 3 extra class olive oils from sweet and fruity Mediterranean 100% Arbequina olives and pearl white garlic, aromatic thyme or intensive rosemary are pressed together in the company's own mill in cold extraction at Azada. The result is an incredible taste and all the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants contained in the garlic and olives are retained. The result is a pure, flavoured olive oil free of any flavourings or additives.

Perfect for refining:

• Garlic: Young lamb, beans, round artichokes, delicious crustaceans and of course pizza and pasta.
  
• Rosemary: Fried potatoes and grilled vegetables.
  
• Thyme: Fried potatoes, grilled vegetables and to drizzle on hummus.
  

Origin:

At Azada, Arbequina olives are grown in Catalonia (the northern region of Spain) using organic farming methods. There the olives get a lot of sunshine for months until they are ripe. In November each year, the local farmers harvest the olives by hand and bring them to the company's own mill, where they are pressed.
