A shimmering orange colour, a wonderful smell and a fiery taste - this is Delizia di Venere by Sarubbi. The ingredients of this Mediterranean cream from Calabria include fish, sunflower oil, parsley, vinegar and salt. Pepperoni and chilli are responsible for the spiciness, which should not be underestimated. All the ingredients of Delizia di Venere meet high quality standards, so that no flavour enhancers or other additives such as colourings are necessary. A further quality feature is the traditional production method of the product in southern Italy. All these factors are reasons why the Delizia di Venere of Sarubbi is considered a real delicacy. 

This is also reflected in the noble packaging of the cream. There are tasty 190 g of the paste in a small, round glass. This jar is wrapped with a paper banderole and a paper cover over the metal lid. Under this cap there is also a guarantee seal which remains closed until the Delizia di Venere is opened for the first time.

Sarubbi's Mediterranean cream can be used as a spread (bruschetta) or to refine salads, soups and sauces. However, it is advisable to pay attention to the dosage and the correct handling of Delizia di Venere, as the Calabrian chillies really should not be underestimated.
