The dill plant grows to a meter tall and has very fine leaves and yellow flowers. Both the leaves and the flowers can be used for cooking.
The dill can be used fresh and dried. By drying, however, it loses aroma, therefore, the use of fresh dill is especially recommended. Another option is to freeze the dill, so you have fresh, ready-to-use dill for seasoning the delicious dishes at any time. The flowers of the dill plant are very suitable for inserting, in, for example, pickled gherkins.
