This sauce was just named "Best Overall product: Best of the best - Born to Hula LLC, Ghost of Ancho" at the Zestfest 2014 (Irving, Texas). For all the friends of our Born to Hula Series from New Jersey… we proudly present: The Ghost of Ancho. The Born to Hula Ghost of Ancho is the logical extension of the tasty hot sauce Habanero Ancho Chili from the same producer. Ed has made the effort to spice up the usual recipe with fiery Ghost Chili (a.k.a. Bhut Jolokia). The fruity Ancho Chili fits the fiery-fruity Ghost Chili, which comes in a bit smoked this time. We lay great value on “a bit”, as the smoky aroma does not override the other spices such as cumin, but it coordinates with them harmoniously. We can imagine sauce goes excellent with all Southern Tex-Mex dishes. Bean or lentil dishes get a noticeable, but not too strong heat from this fine hot sauce ... Content: 150 ml
