Consisting of a tapenade with black olives and black garlic and olive oil with garlic 

Due to the black olives and black garlic, this tapenade version tastes very aromatic and intense. The Mediterranean taste is only rounded off by the addition of salt and some olive oil.

The extra virgin olive oil of sweet and fruity Mediterranean 100% Arbequina olives and pearl white garlic are pressed together in the company's own mill in cold extraction at Azada. This creates an incredible taste and all the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants found in the pepperoni and olives are retained. The result is a pure, flavoured olive oil free of any flavourings or additives.
