Buy your Aji Omnicolor Chili Seeds now and plant them soon!
In South America the common name for chillies is "Aji", these mostly belong to the Capsicum baccatum species and grow very large. This is not the case with the Aji Omnicolor.
This decorative variety from Peru is rather small and compact and is therefore well suited for pot culture or balcony boxes.
When ripening, the fruits take on many colours, from light yellow to violet, from orange to red. All colours are present on the plant at the same time and form a colourful spectacle.
The approx. 6 cm long fruits have a fruity, lemony taste and a high pungency.
They are used for sauces and salsas or even dried.
