Pesto Al Finocchietto Selvatico, a tasty pleasure!
The Pesto di Finocchietto produced by Sarubbi is a Mediterranean fennel pesto. As if that wasn't special enough, only wild fennel is used for the delicious Pesto di Finocchietto. The other ingredients in the Calabrian pesto include extra virgin olive oil, almonds, pecorino cheese, tomatoes, garlic and a little salt.
