For all winter barbecue fans out there: The Amarena Cherry / Cocoa Winter BBQ Sauce! It is slightly hot (100 Scoville Bird's Eye / Tepin Chili) and has a wonderfully sour cherry-cocoa aroma. Flavoured with Arthur Metz Eau de Vie cherry.
Recommended for game and roasts, lamb, beef or (like all Black Forest homemade sauces) fondue.
We do not use liquid smoke/smoke salt.
Vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, without added flavour enhancers, without added smoke flavour.
