Onion 'Brunswick' - pleasantly sharp

The 'Brunswick' onion is flat-round and has a red shell. Their flesh is white at first, but becomes reddish when matured. It is great that the onion tastes a bit sharper than their brown-like counterparts. The 'Brunswick' onion is very storable.
