The chilis for this tasty puree are produced on an remote land in Italy. Soil, climate and cultivation methods are responsible for an incredible aroma and intensive heat. The harvest is freshly and carefully made for us and of course there are no artificial additives. The both tasty and fiery puree has a whopping 85% „Tropical Red' Habanero chilis. Because we add extra virgin olive oil it doesn't taste sour (preserved by means of gentle pasteurizing). The gourmet-puree is made in the Italian tradition by subtly mixing a bit of garlic, sugar, and salt in it, which gives it that certain something. The best Habanero puree that we've tasted so far – one of our favorites! If you like it hot, you’ll enjoy this puree pure, on grilled food, bruschetta or spaghetti. Create a wonderful dip by mixing it with mayonnaise and fat reduced yogurt in order to refine soups, dressings and sauces with it. Brilliant on cheese crackers! But beware of the burning hot fire that comes along with the super aroma .
