The following chili mix is used for this tasty Tabasco blend: a good portion mild Cayenne chilis, classical ripened Tabasco chilis as well as sun ripened red Jalapenos. To this a bit of tasty garlic is added.... the tasty blend is done. The Tabasco Garlic Sauce has 1200-2400 Scoville units, not as hot as Tabasco Habanero Pepper Sauce. All lovers of tabasco sauces will like this spicy garlic combination. Very good with poultry, fish and rice dishes but also good for seasoning (for spicing up your pizza, for example). Attention: This is the big 148ml bottle, not 57ml
