There is not much more to add, except that Burts chips are made by chips makers (ours are named Jake) with love for the craft and potatoes from regional fields (the potatoes in this bag come from Banstead) without any artificial flavor enhancers, artificial flavors and artificial dyes! BURTS' Jim Beam BBQ Bourbon Whiskey Chips - what an oddly specific name and flavouring.
Far from being one of my favourites, but not bad either. More important is the fact that I don't remember ever having had such flavours on chips before and that alone is a reason that one might try them out.
Another positive argument is that I don't really like whiskey, but it seems to blend well into all the other flavourings of these chips. Actually, I couldn't tell the whiskey flavour apart from the rest, it seems to be well-balanced. On top of that, the chips have a rather thick cut which results in the potatoes' taste still being noticeable.
