Black garlic
Black garlic is not a separate species, but fermented, conventional garlic. During this fermentation, not only the colour of the garlic changes, but also the taste. Black garlic does not taste as hot as the untreated version. The taste reminds us more of fruit vinegar. But the best thing about black garlic is that the typical smell is gone the next day.
