Origin:

At Azada, Arbequina olives are grown in Catalonia (the northern region of Spain) using organic farming methods. There, the olives get a lot of sun for months until they are ripe. In November of each year, the local farmers laboriously harvest the olives by hand and bring them to the company's own mill where they are then pressed.
