Apricot and ginger - An exotic pleasure
An unusual exotic, almost mysterious note, this sauce is very well suited for wok- and other Asian dishes. On the grill, the sauce is really good with chicken, duck and fish like Salmon. This sauce is just as nice, as a finishing sauce for refined ribs from the grill.
Also, vegetarian dishes with vegetables, rice, pasta or Couscous turn into a delicacy with Caribbean Gold Apricot Ginger Glaze, and nobody will be able to discover your secret. The ingredients list is extraordinary: Apricot, blackberry honey, brown sugar, fresh ginger, lemon juice, rum, fresh Habanero chilis, nutmeg, salt and allspice (Piment). The composition results into a sauce with a delightful texture, Caribbean flair and a fruity sweet-sour fresh note. If you like refined cooking and eating, you will enjoy this sauce.
