spaghettata is a spicy Calabrian mixture of the finest vegetables and spices - garlic, parsley, peperoncini, tomatoes and a little salt. Directly from Calabria!
Ideal for all kinds of pasta, soups, meat and fish. Just let a few tablespoons of it swell in a little water, fry briefly in hot oil and mix with tomato sauce as you like. To prepare Spaghettata di Mezzanotte, fry it in hot olive oil and pour it directly over the spaghetti Not as spicy as our Calabrian "Arrabiata" mixture, but "crispier".
Simply delicious and especially great when you want it to be quick!
