Only for real hard-core chili fans. What is special about this pasta sauce is that aside from the ripely picked tomatoes we also have the Bhut Jolokia. The former hottest chili in the world, according to Guinness World Records give our pasta sauce true fire! We have paid attention to give it an enjoyable hotness so that it fits good with the sweet aroma of the sun ripened tomatoes and the other fine ingredients. Despite this, the Java Jolokia Fiery Pasta Sauce is fit only for hardcore chili fans who can stand and like very hot tastes because the Bhut Jolokia 'Ghost chili' clearly comes through. This pasta sauce has more to it than tomatoes and chillies only which you might have noticed from the list of ingredients. And if you don't feel pain only, then you definitely will taste a handful of different flavours which turn this product in a more rounded off experience. The only thing that is missing to me is some kind of herb, such as basil, thyme, or oregano.
While I have eaten it purely on freshly cooked noodles - my friends needed to dilute it with some mild sauce which I had in the backhand specifically for this occasion. That means if you cook for other people who might be bit less used in very hot stuff, then either prepare a fresh mild sauce on your own or get a good quality prepared one from the supermarket and let your guests mix in the hot sauce by their needs. You might as well buy some Italien "passata" as a base and mix the hot sauce into it.
