The hit for the hot grilling season - with HABANERO CHILI!
After the great response to the Barrel 51 BBQ sauces, we have been able to convince the producers to create a unique fiery version, especially for Pepperworld, in order to replace 'Mad Dog BBQ Sauce Ultra-Hot' (without their bitter note). '51st Degree Burn, Pepperworld Edition' is less hot than 'Mad Dog Ultra Hot', but has a good fire to it, perfectly balanced with the rounded aroma of the classic 'Barrel 51 Robust and Spicy'.
Barrel 51 are typical American barbecue sauces - nice thick, spicy and sweet. For sweetness and consistency, molasses and brown sugar, tomatoes and onions are added. Chipotle gets the sauce a slight smoky note, due to the chili the sauce is slightly hot. Perfect for a great barbecue of the fiery kind - one of our top favorites!

Spicy sheep's cheese
Ingredients
- 1 piece of feta cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 – 3 EL Barrel 51st Degree Burn BBQ Sauce
- Oregano
Preparation
Peel and finely dice the onion. Spread the BBQ sauce on the feta cheese and sprinkle with oregano. Then spread the onion pieces evenly on the cheese and wrap the whole thing in aluminium foil.
Bake on the middle shelf in the oven at 200 °C for about 12 - 15 minutes
