The Lingham's Chili Sauce was developed in 1908. Since then, the recipe has not been changed. Despite this, different people have different tastes. This is why the traditional sauces are continuously changed and developed so that in the end we can present 6 different and unique taste directions: the already mentioned Lingham's Chili Sauce, the fiery version Lingham's Extra Hot Chili Sauce Lingham's Ginger Chili Sauce Lingham's Ginger Garlic Chili Sauce Lingham's Garlic Chili Sauce and Lingham’s Chili Sauce Sriracha. While in the Lingham's Chili Sauce (Heat grade 4 from 10) the sweetness prevails, with this sauce the hotness is clearly in the forefront. The sweetness teases the taste buds and gives the sauce an entirely special taste spectacle. This sauce can always be used when your dishes need a bit of Asian fire. A hit specially with noodles and chicken. For those of you who are hard core it can also be used as a dip for chicken wings and spring rolls
