Bhut Jolokia (also known as Bih Jolokia and Naga Jolokia) is the super-hot Indian cousin of the Habanero and has, according to the Guinness World Records, dethroned the Red Savina from the hotness tops. Measurements for this chili have shown that it has over a million Scoville units. Additionally, you also get a capsicum-chinese typically sweet and fruity aroma. Lava Jolokia Hot Sauce is, as far as we know, the first european Jolokia only sauce. It's made only from Jolokia chilis, some salt and vinegar - nothing more. When you take into consideration the burn factor it's unbelievable that such a thing can exist without any extract. We measured in the laboratory that the Lava Jolokia Hot Sauce has 76296 Scoville units! (the exact heat varies from batch to batch) Lava Jolokia Hot Sauce is produced from whole Bhut Jolokia Chilis - no mash, no paste can be found in our bottles!
