The chilis for this tasty puree are produced on an remote land in Italy.
The unbelievable aroma and intensive heat are a result of the soil, climate and cultivation methods. The freshly harvested chilis are gently processed without any artificial additives.
The both tasty and fiery puree has a whopping 85% of sun blessed red ripened and extra hot 'Caribbean Red' habanero chilis, that are definitely equal in aroma and heat with the legendary 'Red Savina'. Because we add extra virgin olive oil it doesn't taste sour (preserved by means of gentle pasteurizing). The gourmet-puree is made in the Italian tradition by subtly mixing a bit of garlic, sugar, and salt in it, which gives it that certain something.
If you like it hot, you’ll enjoy this puree pure, on grilled food, Chiliheads-bruschetta or spaghetti. Create a wonderful dip by mixing it with mayonnaise and fat reduced yogurt or refine soups, dressings and sauces with it. Brilliant on cheese crackers! But beware of the burning hot fire that comes along with the super aroma.
