Simple and very filling dish, which gets an intensively rounded taste thanks to the special spice blends - perfect for a cozy after-work day for two.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of fish fillet (s) (for example cod), roughly diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, finely diced
- 1 head of cauliflower, pluck small florets
- 2 medium leeks, thinly sliced
- 1 handful of chopped bread or corn waffles for consistency
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Cheese at will
- Fisch Gourmet herbal salt
- Fish lemon
- Nordic Deluxe
Method:
1. Clean cauliflower and pluck small florets, wash leeks and cut into thin rings. Pour together in boiling water and simmer to the desired consistency.
2. Heat the butte in a large pan, fry the onions and garlic until glassy.
Crumble bread and add to it, fry briefly.
3. Drain cauliflower and leek and mix. Put some of the vegetable water in the pan.
4. Wash fish fillet (thawed) and dry with a cloth. Then dice the fish fillet, season with fish lemon and add to the pan. All covered in medium heat for about 15 min.
5. Season with salt and Nordic Deluxe.
6. Put everything in a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese or cover. At 200 ° C and top heat in the oven, brown the cheese.
7. Finely sprinkle with Nordic Deluxe.
