Lingham's Ginger Garlic Chili Sauce - garlic and ginger kiss the senses!
Ginger and garlic - do they fit together? Lingham's say yes and we at Pepperworld as well!
Even since you open it the ginger and garlic aromas fight to satisfy the senses. You can also taste the exceptional interaction. A fine sweetness, fresh ginger taste and the altogether beloved garlic taste - with a whiff of hotness in the background. Unique!
Lingham’s can be trusted when it comes to chili sauces. With century old experience in the art of hot sauce production, Lingham's is one of the pioneers of the Malaysian Hot Sauce market. The 50.000 Facebook fans talk for themselves! Lingham's has begun production in 1908 with the Lingham's Chilli Sauce.
The steady pursuit of innovation has resulted in a few brothers and sisters for this traditional sauce:
- Lingham's Extra Hot Chilli Sauce
- Lingham's Ginger Chilli Sauce
- Lingham's Garlic Chilli Sauce
- Lingham's Chilli Sauce Sriracha
Each variety comes without any preservatives and additives and tastes heavenly fresh.
Ginger and garlic enhance many dishes but they also work good together. With Lingam's Ginger Garlic Chili Sauce, for example, enhance a mashed potato dish. Please be careful - addiction potential! We have eaten for one whole week only mashed potatoes with sauce!

In contrast to the only garlic and only ginger versions, the amounts of those two ingredients are reduced. The garlic one consists of an overpowering 20% garlic. The ginger one contains a still rather strong 11% ginger. But this garlic and ginger mixture is composed by only 6% of each which creates a way more well rounded taste.
In fact, I might like "Lingham's Ginger Garlic Chilli Sauce" even more than the plain one. I'd say it is an universal sauce which can be used for many things such as rice, noodles, fries, crisps, vegetables, meat, marinade, bread, or even pure.
On a side note, the label notes that this sauce doesn't need to be refrigerated which saves precious space in my small fridge.
Missing info:
The bottle contains 280ml sauce which translates to 358g.
