We would like to compare it almost our Cholula which has for us an incomparable everyday quality. This Sancto Scorpio is similar here, just a lot hotter! Which of course is not really difficult with the use of Trinidad Scorpion Chilis ...;) The Scorpio Sancto Hot Sauce tastes first nice earthy-spicy, slightly of garlic. The effect of the Trinidad Scorpion Chilis is very typical and slightly delayed. Warmth spreads in the mouth and throat - and lags a little until it really starts to burn, as it is for the 'Scorpion' ... spicy-fiery! Great! Due to the tasty earthy flavor, this sauce is a fiery all-rounder. We like it as well on scrambled eggs, on Pulled-Pork, in the Chili con Carne, ... Made in the USA
