      Piment d' Espelette is the famous highly aromatic chili from the French Basque country, highly appreciated by connoisseurs from around the world. The hefty Piment d'Espelette Chili puree works very well on fresh bread but it is also versatile in the kitchen. It can be used as steak sauce or to elevate warm sauces. The puree is very good on a pizza as well, it can even be mixed up with ketchup. Similar to the Piment d'Espelette the puree has a pleasant spiciness that does no overpower but complements the chili aroma. Except the Piment d'Espelette pulp the puree only contains vinegar, salt water and spices
