Cut in slices the green Jalapeno pods give all fresh salads the right “umpf”. As a side tot nachos the Jalapenos are a classic. The “Jalapenos en Escabeche” can be used to many dishes, the uses are almost unlimited.
Spicy hot, pickled. Besides the cut Jalapeno chilies there are also onions that offer a nice taste. Also great as a snack alternative for chiliheads to Cornichons and other hot snacks!
