Origin:
At Azada, Arbequina olives are grown in Catalonia (the northern region of Spain) according to organic farming methods. There the olives get a lot of sun for months until they are ripe. In November of each year, the local farmers laboriously harvest the olives by hand and bring them to the company's own mill where they are then pressed.
Azada does not use any chemical agents on trees or fruit, preservatives or artificial flavourings in its oils. 100% Natural!
