Killer bees Honey from Arizona - an unusual culinary rarity!
It was not easy to find the "Killer Bee Guy" in the small mountain town of Bisbee in the south of Arizona. But the trip there was worth it: a nice bee expert who removes highly aggressive killer bees from private households and public buildings. And he even keeps killer bees on his ranch! He sells the honey in his small shop. In addition to pure killer bee honey, he also devises the finest honey creations - available in Europe exclusively from the Pepperworld Hot Shop.
With the fiery "Killer Bee Chipotle Honey Mustard", Reed has won several gold medals at the prestigious Mustard Competition in Napa Valley, California. And rightly so: The composition of honey, chipotle (= smoked jalapeno chili), ground mustard seeds and a little vinegar is really delicious. For a particularly good aroma, a combination of brown and yellow mustard seeds are used. The result is sweet, has great mustard / chipotle flavor and is amazingly spicy. On bread, on cheese (also baked Camembert!) A real hit, as well as the barbecue: Generously apply to the meat when it is halfway through. Honey and vinegar pull into the meat when heated and give a great aroma.
Killer bee honey and the successful combination of ingredients make the Chipotle Honey Mustard an unusual culinary rarity!
This is the "Smooth" version, without whole mustard seeds
HOT SHOP Insider tip: Heavenly on grilled salmon! Generously apply even before grilling so that the aromas are well absorbed.
