Here is our recipe advice for a tasty homemade Vindaloo Halibut in only 8 simple steps!
yields 4 servings
- Wash a fresh halibut and cut it in half
- Spread the halibut pieces with the Vindalo Marinade
- Leave it standing for an hour to marinate it
- heat up 2 Tbs of canola oil in a pan and add chopped onions
- Also add the marinated halibut pieces
- Roast it for a couple minutes until the halibut is done
- Garnish it with a lemon slice and some cilantro
- Serve with basmati rice and vegetables
