Pennette All'Ortolana is a spicy Calabrian mixture of the finest vegetables and spices - carrots, courgettes, black olives, peperoncini, broccoli, leek, garlic, basil, parsley, chives and a little salt. Directly from Calabria!
Ideal for all kinds of pasta, soups, meat and fish. Just let a few tablespoons of it swell in some water, fry it briefly in hot oil and mix it with tomato sauce as you like. To prepare Pennette All'Ortolana, fry it in hot olive oil and pour it directly over the penne.
