Jambalaya rice - this Southern dish is a true classic!
And thanks to this ready to cook mixture quickly and easily prepared.
In addition to Louisiana rice, the mixture contains the classic Cajun "trinity" of celery, peppers, and onions, as well as parsley, tomato, garlic, herbs, spices and salt.
The preparation is very simple: Put a cup of water, some butter, a chicken stock cube and the jambalaya mixture out of the bag. Bring to a boil, simmer for 25 minutes, done! Shortly before the end you can choose either cut smoked sausage (eg Kabanossi), shrimp or both.
