From time to time optimal growth conditions in the Caribbean ensure Habanero crops with particularly fiery chilies. These are fermented by Melinda's and used for their "XXXXtra Hot Reserve". The composition is the same as for the classic Melinda's Habanero Sauce: chilies, fresh carrots, onions, lime juice, vinegar, garlic and salt. Only fierier. A real treat for connoisseurs!
