Melinda's Ghost Pepper Sauce
The hottest of Melinda’s! Many regard Melinda as the “inventor” of the Habanero sauces. Their Caribbean creations have been produced for a few years under the direction of an American company, using the original recipes.
In addition to Caribbean Red Habaneros, Scotch Bonnets and Red Savina, Melinda is now completing the sauce assortment with the world's sharpest chili - Naga Jolokia alias Bhut Jolokia alias Ghost Pepper.
And they have it in them! However, as is the case with Melinda's sauces, the taste doesn’t fall short either - carrots, papaya, lime, vinegar, onions and passion fruit also come as typical ingredients of the Caribbean sauce.
Those who love Melinda’s sauces – and who doesn’t? – should try this particularly fiery variant. For hardcore chili fans, universally used to “spice up” things at the table and in the kitchen (especially with Indian and Asian dishes).
